Gateway's Mobile Service Ticket Project

As part of Gateway Mechanical Services' goal to improve our customers' experiences, we have implemented electronic service tickets. These electrionic service tickets are automatically emailed to our customers' designated email address upon completion of the work, eliminating paper service tickets which can be lost or hard to read. This initiative has helped us to eliminate 40,000 paper service tickets.
