GATEWAY’S MOBILE SERVICE TICKET PROJECT

As part of Gateway Mechanical Services’ goal to improve the customer experience, we have implemented electronic service tickets. These electronic service tickets are automatically emailed to a customer’s designated email address upon completion of the work, eliminating paper service tickets which can be lost or hard to read. This initiative has helped us eliminate 40,000 paper service tickets.
